Cold Mexican Shrimp Cocktail

I’m not a usual seafood girl on the normal, but when I first had this, I was blown away. It’s a great party appetizer. The flavors keeps you wanting more!

Ingredients Needed:

  • 1 of 31/25 Bag of Frozen Cooked Cocktail Shrimp (Thawed & Rinsed)
  • 1 Bottle of Cocktail Sauce
  • 1 Diced Avocado
  • 1 Diced Onion
  • 1 Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 Diced Bell Pepper
  • 1 Handful of Fresh Cilantro,
  • 1 Diced Jalapeno
  • 1 Diced clove of Garlic
  • 1-2 Squeeze Lime Juice
  • 1/2 C. Can of Orange Soda
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions to make:

Mix all ingredients except Shrimp and serve cold in cups and Shrimp displayed around the cup, Pair with Saltine Crackers to eat.
